Each piece is carefully made using 3D FDM printing. Due to the nature of this manufacturing process, layer lines, minor support marks, and small surface imperfections are normal and cannot be completely eliminated.

We carefully inspect and finish every product before shipping, and whenever possible, these marks are minimized or placed in less visible areas, such as the back, top, or bottom, so they do not affect the overall appearance or everyday use.

Please note that layer lines, support marks, and other characteristics inherent to FDM 3D printing are not considered defects or quality issues, and returns or refunds cannot be accepted for these reasons.

If you are looking for a perfectly smooth, injection-molded finish, this product may not be the best fit for you.
